  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the diced vegetables of your choice.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  6. Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.
  7. Choose a muffin tin or silicone mold for baking.
  8. Lightly grease the muffin tin or mold with cooking spray or olive oil.
  9. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup or mold, filling about 3/4 full.
